Resident Benefits Package
At Rentifi Property Management, residents are charged a $52.00 monthly fee for the Resident Benefits Package. This comprehensive package is mandatory and included with all lease agreements, offering a range of valuable services, including but not limited to:
Filter Delivery Program: Air filters delivered straight to your door! Changing air filters, a standard tenant responsibility, has never been easier. For properties with HVAC systems, we’ve simplified the process by arranging for filters to be delivered right to your doorstep approximately every 60 days (or as needed for your system). This convenience not only enhances indoor air quality but can also save you up to $250 annually while reducing the risk of repairs and maintenance hassles.
Renters Liability Insurance Master Policy:
The Tenant Benefits Package waives your obligation to the Renters Insurance requirement in your Lease Agreement through enrollment in our Master Policy. The tenant should consult an insurance professional to evaluate and determine personal insurance needs. Coverage limits are as follows:

Rentifi Property Management offers identity protection as part of your RBP, every adult on the lease automatically gets identity protection backed by AIG and monitored through IBM’s Watson, Aura Identity Guard works proactively on behalf of the resident to identify the fraudulent use of their identity and alert them.
In the event of an actual identity theft case, the resident receives a dedicated case manager and is covered up to $1,000,000 for most resulting damages. This protects the resident's ability to pay rent.
Credit Building:
The credit reporting program included in your resident benefit package automatically reports on-time rent payments to all three credit bureaus, helping residents build credit effortlessly. Residents also benefit from a 24-month back-reporting boost. This service positively impacts credit card, auto loan, and mortgage rates, incentivizing on-time payments while setting residents up for future homeownership.
Resident Rewards Program:
Celebrate every on-time rent payment with rewards! Through the Piñata platform, you’ll earn points redeemable for gift cards and exclusive discounts in the Piñata online marketplace. Watch for a welcome email with a link to download the app—signing up earns you points instantly!
Utility Concierge Service:
Citizen Home Solutions is a third-party service coordinator that makes setting up utilities effortless. This optional service coordinates water, electricity, gas, and internet/cable services on your behalf. 24-Hour Maintenance Hotline:
You can submit a maintenance request online at anytime 365 days a year, 24 hours a day.
Multiple Payment Options:
Pay online via automatic withdrawal or one-time payment with a bank account or credit card. Pay at 100’s of payment centers near you, including WalMart, CVS, and 7/11, etc.
Tenant Portal:
Manage your rental with ease! Our user-friendly online portal allows you to pay rent, access documents, account balances, payment history, and submit maintenance requests 24/7. Simplify your life with this convenient tool.
One Time Waiver Of Insufficient Funds Fee (NSF):
Life can get hectic sometimes and a small oversight financially can cause big problems. We understand things happen so we will waive one NSF for the entire tenancy not including the move-in funds. This is a $40.00+ value.

No. This program is mandatory for all lease agreements with Rentifi Property Management and is billed monthly as part of your rent.
What if I have my own Renters Insurance coverage?
The Resident Benefits Package will apply to all homes and tenants under the Rentifi Property Management Policy. You may always carry any additional insurance coverage of your choosing.
What if my property does not have a furnace and no need for a filter? Can I receive a discount?
Unfortunately, no. The package is all-inclusive.
