About Us

Tibor “Peter” Kollar is the Founder and Broker behind the companies that helped shape what is now Rentifi Property Management. With nearly four decades of real estate investment, brokerage, and property management experience, Peter has been an active force in the Southwest Florida real estate market since relocating to Florida in 1990. Originally licensed in Massachusetts in 1987, he became one of the early residential investors and house flippers in Southwest Florida and continues to actively invest in the area today. He also holds his CAM (Community Association Manager) license, bringing additional expertise in property operations and management. Peter is also a founding member of the local REIA (Real Estate Investors Association) chapter, reflecting his long-standing involvement in the Southwest Florida investment community.

Over the course of his career, Peter has completed more than 900 residential real estate purchases and has helped hundreds of buyers, sellers, and investors successfully navigate the market. His specialties include distressed residential real estate, single-family homes, condominiums, vacant land, and complex investment opportunities. Known for fast closings and all-cash purchases, he has built a reputation for solving challenging situations, including structural issues, financial distress, and clouded titles.

As both an investor and property owner himself, Peter understands firsthand the importance of protecting assets, maximizing returns, and maintaining long-term property value. His hands-on experience and entrepreneurial vision helped lay the foundation for the family of companies that today includes Rentifi Property Management, MyTown Communities, and Kaplan Pro Realty.

Outside of real estate, Peter enjoys an active Southwest Florida lifestyle. Since moving to Naples in 1997, he has completed the Naples Half Marathon every year and enjoys biking and running along the beach. He is also an avid skier and lifelong outdoor enthusiast.

Samuel is a Florida native, growing up in Spring Hill. He has been working in the customer service and operations management fields for almost 15 years. Samuel graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2014, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and a minor in Marketing. Samuel’s real estate roots started when he worked as an acquisitionist for a cash home buyer. Since then, he has had a part in multiple transactions, most of which being the direct end buyer. His love for marketing and business development has resulted in the creation of a turnkey duplex investment model, combining cash-flowing investments with passive investors. In his free time, Samuel enjoys Jeeping, boating, and classic car restoration. On weekends, he can usually be found at Bonita’s Dog Beach, with his pup and wife.

Originally from Hilton Head Island, SC, Dezarae vacationed in SWFL all her life and spent most of career in accounting with different brokerages. Coming from a family with a RE and construction/handyman background she’s developed a wealth of knowledge when it comes to home repairs, negotiations, and the dos and don’ts of business. Dez is passionate about helping clientele with all their prerequisites and building trusting and everlasting relationships. She is zealous about helping others achieve their goals while also reaching her own. Not only is she Senior Property Manager, but she’s also Secretary for the Southwest Florida Chapter for the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and is constantly continuing her education whether it be attending local lunch & learns, webinars or state conferences. When she’s not managing properties, she’s managing her four children!! Dezarae has a fun personality, and you’ll find yourself entertained and laughing when she’s around. She’s easily entertained by animals and can usually be found with a Starbucks cup in her hand.

Christian is an honorary Floridian having spent a majority of his childhood here in Cape Coral. He received his Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies from Florida Gulf Coast University. Having over 8 years of customer service experience Christian recently started his second year in the property management field. Eager and excited he is ready to tackle any problems that come his way with a positive attitude. Christian is a lifetime student and always enjoys learning new skills to better himself. In his spare time, Christian enjoys spending time with his beloved German Shepherd, reading the latest Sci-fi novel, and kayaking through Florida's waterways.

Cody has been with Rentifi Property Management since day one and brings a wealth of experience in business administration, finance, and M&A activity. A native of Fort Myers, Cody began his career as an administrative assistant for an electronics distributor while still in high school. This early exposure to the business world inspired him to pivot from a career in law enforcement to business management.

Cody later earned his Master’s in Business Administration from Eastern Kentucky University and has since specialized in small business accounting and mergers and acquisitions. Based in Kentucky, Cody is an avid hockey fan and pet lover who enjoys spending time with his partner and their five cats and one dog. He is also a dedicated volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters and hopes to become a foster/adoptive parent in the near future.

Olivia is a Southwest Florida native, FGCU graduate, and accomplished real estate professional with an MBA and over a decade of industry experience. A second-generation property manager, Olivia serves as a Broker Associate at Kaplan Pro Realty and Marketing Director for Rentifi Property Management and Mytown Communities, playing a pivotal role in her family’s property management and real estate business, which has proudly served Southwest Florida for over 30 years.

Olivia holds prestigious designations, including RMP® (Residential Management Professional) and CFRM™ (Certified Florida Residential Manager), and earned her Florida Broker’s License within two years of entering the industry. She is passionate about helping investors buy and sell properties, leveraging her expertise as a licensed real estate agent to maximize value and opportunities.

A dedicated leader, Olivia has served as President-Elect of her local NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) chapter and is actively involved in community initiatives, including supporting Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Sun Coast.Outside of work, Olivia enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and dog, and loves traveling the world, immersing herself in different cultures. A proud native speaker of Slovak, she brings a unique perspective and a global mindset to all aspects of her life and work.

Gabriel is a Mexico native who has lived in several places throughout his life, including Monterrey, Boston, and Tallinn. During his time in Tallinn, he earned a bachelor’s degree in Business and Administration, driven by a long-term goal of building a meaningful and impactful career.

In his free time, Gabriel enjoys movies, sports, music, writing, and spending time with loved ones. His passion for writing led him into the world of freelancing, where he developed strong qualities such as attention to detail, professionalism, and reliability.

Gabriel is dedicated to being a dependable and thoughtful member of the Rentifi team, and he looks forward to continuing to grow and contribute in this exciting next chapter of his professional journey.
