Our Cape Coral property management company stands behind our screening process and the tenants we place, and we will NEVER charge you two leasing fees within 12 months. With our full-service property management, Rentifi Property Management will replace a tenant who breaks their lease within their first lease term, for FREE! The only exclusion is if a tenant is relocating due to military orders.

If we are unable to secure a qualified tenant within 60 days, we’ll waive your first month’s management fee—as long as the home is listed at Rentifi Property Management’s suggested price and marketed using our standard property management process, including self-showings and no custom deviations.

At Rentifi Property Management, we’re committed to providing professional, high-quality property management. If you're ever unsatisfied, we welcome the opportunity to make it right. If it still isn’t a fit, you’re free to cancel anytime—we just ask for a 30-day written notice. Your experience and peace of mind are our top priority.

We’re confident you’ll love working with Rentifi Property Management—but if for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you can cancel within the first 60 days with NO PENALTY.

Our lease agreement is crafted and approved by a leading Florida landlord law firm. At Rentifi Property Management, we strictly follow all national, state, and local laws, including fair housing regulations, Florida habitability standards, application screening guidelines, and right-to-cure requirements. To ensure we stay current with legal changes, our property management team completes an annual legal update training.
